This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the official website of LLC "IMVIZHN", located at the domain name imv-ms.com, may obtain about the User while using the website.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Website Administration" means authorized employees managing the website and acting on behalf of LLC "IMVIZHN", who organize and/or carry out personal data processing, and also determine the purposes of personal data processing, the scope of personal data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. "Personal Data" means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).
1.1.3. "Personal Data Processing" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" means a mandatory requirement for the Operator or another person who has gained access to personal data to prevent dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.
1.1.5. "Website User" (hereinafter referred to as the "User") means a person who has access to the website imv-ms.com via the Internet and uses the website.
1.1.6. "Cookies" means a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time an attempt is made to open a page of the corresponding website.
1.1.7. "IP Address" means a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The User's use of the website means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.
2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of LLC "IMVIZHN". The website does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may navigate via links available on the website.
2.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Website User.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the protection regime for the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Website Administration when filling in the feedback form on the website.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling in the feedback form on the website of LLC "IMVIZHN" in the "Contacts" section and includes the following information:

3.2.2. User's contact phone number;
3.2.3. Email address (e-mail);
3.2.4. Text of the message sent by the User.
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The Website Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identifying the User who sent a message via the website feedback form, to establish communication and/or conclude a service agreement with LLC "IMVIZHN".
4.1.2. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests related to website use, provision of services, and processing User requests and applications.
4.1.3. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
4.1.4. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to website use and products of LLC "IMVIZHN".
4.1.5. Providing the User, with their consent, with information about services, special offers, and news on behalf of LLC "IMVIZHN".
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
5.1. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limitation, in any lawful way, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's request submitted on the website of LLC "IMVIZHN".
5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized public authorities of the Russian Federation only on grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. The Website Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.6. The Website Administration, jointly with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide personal data necessary for submitting the feedback form in order to receive a response from the Website Administration to their message.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided personal data in case of changes to such information.
6.2. The Website Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure storage of confidential information in secrecy, not disclose it without prior written permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the User's transferred personal data, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data according to the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business practice.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of request by the User, their legal representative, or an authorized authority for the protection of personal data subjects' rights for the verification period, in case inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are detected.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration that has failed to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases provided in clauses 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration is not liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became publicly available before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before filing a claim in court for disputes arising from relations between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of claim consideration.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
